Voice actor Edward W. Sotelo of taos, NM is available for voiceover, voice characterizations, voice acting and narration for film, commercials and industrial and instructional films.
As a professional voice actor, Edward Sotelo is a working radio talent and on-air personality. He also has years of experience in commercial production, jingle singing and copywriting. Mr. Sotelo specializes in voiceovers, characterizations and voice acting. He is currently a commercial voice talent for VizzVox specializing in long form narration.

Growing up in the 60s, Edward's home was a place where the radio was always on, an influence that would guide him toward his eventual career and instill in him a passion for communication that would last throughout his life.

Whether tuned to the Spanish station broadcast of Sunday services (in Latin) from St. Viviana's Cathedral in Los Angeles, or to any of the national trend-setting L.A. rock stations, sports play by play, or talk radio, he marveled at the power of the human voice to command attention, convey emotion, persuade, cajole, amuse and inform. The DJs he listened to were some of the best to ever address the microphone; Vin Scully, Chick Hearn, B. Mitchell Reed, Kasey Kasem, and Doctor Demento, among many others. These were broadcasters who elevated the idiom to high art, establishing a benchmark that Edward has aspired to in his quest to touch souls through the power of the voice.

Edward has been living in Northern New Mexico since 1991 and has worked on the films Ink, Game Change and the television series In Plain Sight. He is available for work in the areas in narration, voiceovers, announcing, jingle singing, voice characterizations including industrial and instructional film voiceovers, and radio and television commercials production.
